Standing on the edge of the field, pheasants can be heard calling to one another in all directions. Driving along the rows of plum thicket, Russian Olive, and Cedar, pheasants begin to rise all around us. One or two at first, but soon the rush of beating wings can be heard over the rumbling whine of the ATV.
