The majority of the tract was harvested and replanted in 2011 and now supports a good stand of growing Loblolly pine. The tract has flat topography and is comprised of the Fallsington fine sandy loam soil series, which has a high productivity for Loblolly pine (site index 90 base age 50) and is also designated as "prime farmland" if drained by the USDA NRCS.
