Beautiful heavily wooded acreage that is almost entirely high and dry. Mixed forest that goes from oak and maple stands to dense medium and new growth birch and poplar. There is also some dense cedar growth near the river bends. Towering white pines dot the acreage. There is a large number of fruit trees and berry plants. The Thunder Bay River flows through the entire length of the property for canoeing/kayaking, light fly fishing, and a fresh water source for the wildlife. There are 2 camps on the property. The main camp was a former residence and is in great shape, the other is more rustic.
