Cummings Creek is located between Mt. Vernon and Dayville, Oregon lying on the north side of highway 26. The road goes 7.5 miles to the 800 acres. It is at the end of the road and there are no easements on the property. USFS lies on the north side with the road going into that. Coming from the north it is a difficult road to get to the land on the USFS road.
