The Department of Natural Resources will sell at a June auction three northern Minnesota parcels, including a large developable parcel on St. Marys Lake near Eveleth (26.5 acres) a five-acre recreational parcel in the Kabetogama area (both in St. Louis County), and a recreational parcel (40 acres) in Lammers Township, Beltrami County.
The public auction will be held in the Grand Rapids (Region 2) office of the Minnesota DNR, on Monday, June 26. Registration begins at noon, and the auction begins promptly at 1 p.m. Only registered bidders may bid on the parcels. The Region 2 office is located at 1201 E. Hwy 2, Grand Rapids.
