This well managed tree farm has good roads and can be accessed by Interstate 90. Located east of the Cascade Crest, this property has relatively high precipitation and elevations ranging from 2,500 to approximately 5,900 feet ASL. Timber types are varied with those nearest to the Crest composed of Pacific silver fir, noble fir and hemlock. Further east, the typical eastside mixed forests are of Douglas fir, western larch, grand fir and lodgepole pine.
