How to Post Your Wants & Needs

This article will explain how to post in the Wants & Needs section on LandsofAmerica.com. The feature works with both paid Seller and free Buyer accounts and it's used for people looking to buy property.
This article assumes you have already signed up a free account to buy property, have your login information, and you are not finding the property you want to buy after searching.
To make a Wants & Needs post if you're wanting to buy property, you must first login.
Once logged in, you will have a new list of options, look for and click "Wants & Needs".
On the next page, above the first Wants & Needs listing you will see a link titled "Add a Want or Need". Remember, this is not for advertising land, it's for people wanting to buy property. Also, your request to buy property will be posted across the whole network of sites so there's no need to post it more than once even for different counties. If your wants and needs is posted mutiple times in a row or doesn't involve a request to buy property, it will get deleted.
