How to Signup for Email Notifier
Buying land just got easier with LandsofAmerica.com's email notifier.
This article will explain how to use our email services when buying land to receive instant notification by email of new land listings that meet your criteria for buying.
This article assumes you have already signed up your free account for buying land and have your login information.
To get on the list for email notification which will help in your land buying decision, you must first login.
Once logged in, you will have a new list of options, look for and click "New Lands Notifier" which will take you to the detail options for the land you wish to be emailed about.
This page has the options to set state, county, type, size, and price. Once you select the options you're interested in, you click "Submit Property Requirements".
In the above image the only field you're required to fill out is the state (1). Only filling out the state will send you all the new listings across the whole state. If you're looking at specific counties for buying land, just select those counties (2) with one entry each. Fields 3 through 7 in the picture are to further pinpoint your land buying requirements if you wish to fill those out.
Each notification will show up in field 8 with a green light if done correctly. If you wish to stop email notifications or have no longer an interest in buying land, you simply log in and click the green to disable it.
