Looking for Property Lease: Farming
Comments: My family and I are looking for a 3+ Bed 2+ Bath house. (No trailers please) The house can be old and needs TLC on 5 acres or more where we can raise our children in honor of Christ. We can not exceed $175,000.
All options of financing are open, we are flexable. I will be returning from Iraq sometime in the near future, so we have time to look at our options. We prefer to move no later than Oct. of 2010.

Comments: Doing some early research and preparations for when our family retires from the military and finally plants roots!! Husband retires in 2019 and we will be settling on a small piece of country land that will allow us a much simplier life and work opportunities as a small farm and a better way to raise our boys. Nothing fancy wanted, just something where we can grow & sell enough to make our way in the future. We'll leave it to our boys to decide if they want to expand the farm when they get old enough :)

Looking for Property

Comments: I am looking for a property with its own lake. The lake must be at least over 400 acres. Does not need to be developed, electricity would be a plus. Can be in the middle of nowhere, but would like at least a smalltown within a 30 min drive. I must beable to enjoy watersports on this lake. thanks.
