This farm is made up of approximately 320 acres of fenced pasture / farm land and 230 acres of hardwood timber. The pasture farm land is fenced and cross-fenced with catch pins and ponds. There is a larger pond (4-5 acres) near one of the houses that can be filled from a well.

Land Directions

Take Hwy. 8 west out of Eudora approximately 5-6 miles to Ross Van Ness Road. Go south approximately 3.5 miles until the road makes a "T" at Stephenson Road at the fire station. Turn right on Stephenson road and the property is on both sides of Stephenson Road. There is a locked gate at this point. You will see pink flagging and "For Sale" signs.
