This is a great property! Located only a mile off of Hwy 180, this 5.10 acre parcel is very special. Near the street, the terrain is very gentle (and very buildable) with a large number of mature oaks. The slope then increases to the top of the hill where there is almost a full acre of nearly level ground that has an unbelievable 360 degree view...the pictures give you a feel, but they don't really do it justice. Hands down, this is one of the nicest remaining undeveloped lots on the entire mountain. Sound nice? Read on...
This is a property that gives you a lot of choices. For example...you could build a smaller initial home near the street and then build your dream home on top when the time is right. Or you could put in your shop, animal and garden areas on the bottom and build your new home on top. Or you could just put everything on top where you have total privacy and seclusion. Like I said, lots of choices.
You will like how the property looks...there is virtually no brush and very few rocks (just enough to be interesting). The big thing is how flat it is on top at the rear of the property and how enormous a view it has. It really is 360 degrees and it is all eye candy...and the only way you get to see it is to walk it (bring your boots because the grass is growing and your feet will get wet).
Any downsides? A couple...Silver Lane is paved but it is a little rough in a couple of spots...not a hindrance to even low slung cars. Getting a drive to the top of the hill will definitely add to the development expense...but when you see what's there, you will understand why the added cost is worth it. That's about it for negatives. This is a property with a whole lot of good and very little bad.
On many properties, you can get a real good idea of what they are by just driving by. This is definitely not one them...you absolutely must walk it to the top. Once you get there, you will understand why I am so sold on it. This one gives you everything...close to the highway, excellent land, an unbelievable view, and tremendus privacy. Come check it out.
