Comments: I am looking for 3-5 acre plots to build environmentally-based log cabins. Remote is good, but need access from road or easement. Water is not necessary as I plan to dig a well. Wooded lots are desired, but not necessary. I am not looking to pay more than $3,000 per acre and am willing to shop around for my price. I plan to buy several such lots so may the best offers win. I plan to use solar/wind/geothermal to power these small homes. This is a good way to sell a portion of unused land and make a little money while reducing your property tax.
