I went out to put up some game cameras the other day on this property and within 1 hour I saw 5 Deer (3 where Bucks) 10 Turkeys , 3 Rabbits and 1 Coon. Luck? I dont think so. The Owner told me he accidently shot a 17" spread Buck last year. By accidently he means that these sized deer are passed up for next year and the size of the deer itself put him into a grey area. One of the pictures attached has a 23" spread. Folks here is 155 ac. tract of land that I have a privilege to offer for Sale. I dont have to brag, coax, twist arms or anything else to make you believe the potential of this property. The proof is in the pictures I have attached. I will be checking the cameras from time to time and updating as needed.
