The timberlands include two sale blocks that are in close proximity and well matched as an investment opportunity for timberland investors, forest products, and other natural resource/energy companies.
The seller will accept offers on each individual sale block or the entire Union Hill Timberlands. Each tract is continuous and has the scale of a stand-alone timberland investment. The tracts are easily accessed by state, parish, and internal road systems. Approximately 80% of the property is managed as upland pine sites of which 94% is currently managed as even-aged pine plantations. The average age of the pine plantations is approximately 13 years old.
