Comments: Doing some early research and preparations for when our family retires from the military and finally plants roots!! Husband retires in 2019 and we will be settling on a small piece of country land that will allow us a much simplier life and work opportunities as a small farm and a better way to raise our boys. Comments: Looking for property that is very rural. Enough to put a couple of horses on. Water source would be a great plus. NO COVENANTS!!! Would appreciate owner financing. Willing to pay 10% interest. $2500-$5000 down and payments under $250 per month. Top of mountain or on the bottom, or anywhere in between. Trees, and some fertile ground would be nice. I am not picky on location as long as it is in Montana.
