Soil type s for Tract Two are over 70% Muskogee silt loam, 22% Stuttgart silt loam, and reamaining consists of Calloway silt loam.
The subject consists of two tracts. The northern tract is located in central Prairie County approximately 4 miles north of Hazen. Tract Two is about 2.5 miles southeast of Tract One. Tract Two From Hazen, take State Hwy 11 north for approximately 2.5 miles to Hwy 11 / Hwy 249 junction. Property begins on the east side of Hwy 11. Tract One From Junction Hwy 11 / Hwy 249, take Hwy 249 west for approximately 2 miles. Turn north on Rogers Chapel Road for 2.5 miles. Property lies on the east side of Rogers Chapel Road.
