Nice, private, wooded point lot on a quiet dead-end street. Large enough for great privacy with kayak/canoe depth water. Road-sized path has been cleared to a generous homesite with a grove of Mt. Laurel at the tip of the point. This cove was previously dredged, creating a nice lower shelf where you can walk along the shoreline.
