The Fry Building located in the historic downtown Natchez, MS at 118 North Pearl St., designed by Arthur Davis, an architect from New Orleans. Mr. Davis is well known for his work on the Superdome, New Orleans library and many of the finest hotels in that great city. Completion of the Fry Building was in 1956 and reflects the modern style of that time. The design was historic for Natchez with an elevator and some of the most modern construction ideas. The design is a large addition to an older building with 23,500 square feet. Originally the three story building was used as office suites for the booming oil industry in Natchez. The location of the Fry Building is next to the famous Eola Hotel and one block from the new Federal Courthouse, Pearl Street Pasta, the new Convention Center and Biscuit and Blues, not to mention it is just two short blocks from the beautiful Mississippi River. The property also features a gated parking lot for added appeal.
