Water is huge!  There are 4 ag wells, one produces 5000 GPM pumping 1500 GPM with a 60 HP, second well produces 4000 GPM pumping 2000 GPM using 125 HP, third well pumps 1100 GPM with a 150 HP diesel pump and the last well provides 600 from a 50 HP.  There is a 15 HP booster pump in the creek and a 30 HP pump in the pond, one 30 HP back-up pump.

This is a dream come true for the avid hunter. The ranch is located in the X3B huning zone and qualifies for two land owner tags obtained through Fish and Wildlife. Waterfowl hunting is at a premium, sitting at the base of the reservior, the birds flock in by the hundreds. The ranch has six two man blinds and one three man blind stratigically located for maximum shooting opportunites. It's not unusual to see a large herd of antelope crossing the ranch.
