Directions: From Lancaster, head east to the intersection of 200th Street East and Avenue G. From this intersection, there are various ways to get to the property and this is my preferred route (it helps to use your odometer for guidance due to inconsistent street name signage in the area). Begin at 200th Street East and Avenue G. Head north on 200th Street East 4 miles, then turn right on Avenue C. Take Avenue C east for 2.6 miles to 226th Street East, then turn left on 226th Street East. Take 226th Street East north approximately 610 feet, which will take you to the southeast property corner. From here the property extends approximately 330' to the north and approximately 330' to the west.
