This tract is made up of seven tax parcels (TM 27-A-90,91,92,93,98,135,139) and has potential for timber investment with duck hunting, fishing, kayaking and other recreational opportunities. It is located east of Richmond and north of Hampton Roads on Garden Creek, near the Chesapeake Bay.
