The Pine View Ranch consists of rugged sand stone rimrocks with benches covered by scattered Pine trees. The rimrocks were created by the creek drainages dissecting the ranch, which created habitat and protection for wildlife and livestock. The ranch opens up to gentle rolling pastures of grass, forbs, and sage. The ranch has primarily been used as a cattle operation and has over 600 cows or 1,200 yearlings.
