Roan Creek Ranch consist of 3167 deeded acres and 9267 BLM acres all behind a locked gate with very limited access to others. Also behind the locked gate are over 9 miles of private roads and just under 9 miles of Roan Creek which is full of trout . Roan Creek is a 45 mile tributary to the Colorado River which originates on the ranch from a few seeps and springs.
