30 acres that would be perfect for horses or riding quads. Very close to the National Forest where you could ride forever! Some meadow area and some areas with trees. Plenty of room to build a cabin or have the manufactured home you have always wanted. Approximately 16.5 miles from Hwy 260 outside of Heber-mostly county maintained gravel/dirt roads. Join the water co-op for $200 and only $100 for water per year and haul all the water you can use or you can drill your own well. This is an off-grid area so you would install solar, wind and use a generator back-up for power. Enjoy the freedom of no power bills. Relax and watch the wildlife-antelope, deer, elk, bobcats, mountain lions etc. Super sunsets, clean air and wide open spaces! Must like the great outdoors!
From Hwy 260 in Heber, take FRD 504 8 miles and turn R on FRD 153, travel 5 miles and turn R on FRD 95-follow the road 2 miles into Chevelon Retreat. Once at the entrance, travel straight .5 miles until you see the sign that says Mulvehill Ave-you are at the SW corner of the 30 acres. Go north until you see the post with the fencing running north. This is the NW corner.
