Between Hwy 5 and Hwy 505, it has served as a layover for traveling barns and shippers up and down the west coast.
Just over 100 acres of usable land makes for plenty of room to host events and gives customers plenty of room to work horses. There is a full cross country course for both three day eventing and competitive driving. The 100 meter by 200 meter competition arena can be used for show jumping, multiple dressage courts and competitive driving.
