The tract is located approximately eleven (11) miles south of Ingalls. Access is woods road off of gravel Bradley County Road 60. Subject contains 30 acres of mixed hardwood (timber volume estimates are available on our website) and 10 acres of an approximately 14-year-old, well-stocked pine plantation. This tract is well-suited for long-term timber investment and, bordering on the Felsenthal Wildlife Refuge, offers excellent hunting opportunities.
Driving Directions: Starting at Ingalls, head South on HWY 160 for 3.8 miles. Turn RIGHT (South) onto County Road 53 and continue for 5.6 miles. At the Y turn LEFT onto County Road 60 continue for 2.2 miles. Kingwood Forestry arrow sign will be pointing South to a woods road. Follow woods road to Kingwood Forestry sign.
