It is connected to a separate heat pump inside the home aided by the ground source system. The area also includes a 90 in x 90 in Hot tub, fully jetted.

Zoned alarm system that includes motion sensors, smoke, and fire, heat, and water sensors. It is centrally monitored for a fee. The equipment is home owner owned.

Ceiling of the main floor is 2 inch tongue and grove applied from the top of the large structural beams. Approximately 20 feet tall with a step down into the great room with an (approx.) 18 foot ceiling. The ceiling is constructed using insulated structural panels (ISP) covered roofing paper and 30 year architectural shingles. The north half of the roof is approximately 2 yrs. Old.

All interior doors are custom made Canadian pine four paneled. Most doors are pocket doors. All exterior locks are Schlage keyed alike locks. The door to the 2nd bedroom on the first floor is an antique glass door from a historic building downtown Hannibal.

The home includes a water softener system and a reverse osmosis drinking water system at the kitchen sink and upstairs ice maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths on the main level. There is a den/office off the master bedroom and a breakfast porch off the dining area of the kitchen. The great room on the main level includes a stone covered 18 foot high Fuego fireplace and a window wall looking out to the lake.
