The heat supply is from a propane gas furnace (appox 10 years old) and supplementary heat from a wood-burning stove. The gas range/stove and refrigerator in the kitchen will stay. In addition to all this, are two 4x8 permanent deer blinds and has close access to both Little Bay( one mile away) and Big Bay boat launches for fishing walleyes and bass, or just enjoy crusing the Bays. Enjoy bird watching, 4 wheeling on your own land and off, deer hunting, and biking for miles. On west side of property you can park RVs for family and friends.
