They now had another source of heat, water in the cabin and electrity for the hot water heater, shower, and normal living. The cabin was never finished inside, all the studs are in but they never got around to finishing the home. Now it is up to you, how you want to finish it out or bring in public utilities, etc. For the seller, it was a place that made many memories, lots of hunting stories with good times. Turkey season is not far off, hunting properties are getting harder to find and higher in price. Southeastern Indiana's Prime, I might add that there are 2 ponds on the property that needs some updating, presently we will call them Wildlife Watering Holes. The farm is very close to the Markland Dam, it is minutes from the Kentucky Speedway and a little over an hour to Cincy and Louisville. SR 156 Between Markland Dam and Vevay: Westward from the Marcland Dam on SR 156 to Right on Plum Creek Road to right on Popcorn Ridge Road. As soon as you cross the bridge the drive is on the right passed the first house. There is a locked gate at this location and I will mention the owner of the house is not the seller and does not want to be disturbed. You must set an appointment to view, 24 hours in advance and have proof of funds. From East Enterprise to Vevay on SR 56: turn left on Plum Creek to left on Popcorn Ridge, first house on Right.
