The Brady Ranch is comprised of 951 deeded acres in one of Colorados top limited draw areas, Unit 10. A nice mix of cedars, sagebrush and grassy bottoms provide an excellent habitat for the trophy elk and big mule deer this area is known for. There are a number of springs on the ranch that have been developed providing a watering resource for wildlife and livestock. The ranch is owner rated for approximately 60 head during the summer months. On the north end of the ranch is an off the grid, earth home built out of conex boxes that can be used as a hunting cabin or place to put a hired man during the grazing season. Part of what makes the Brady Ranch a unique ownership opportunity, is its location. Located approximately one mile East of Elk Springs, Colorado on Highway 40, the ranch borders thousands of acres of BLM land. Less than a mile to the east of the ranch is Unit 11, an over the counter elk area. There is an additional 144 acres (Elk Springs Acreage) available that is not contiguous with the Brady Ranch, but a quarter mile to the East.
