From Winnemucca, take HWY 95 north. Approximately 20 miles north of Winnemucca, take a right onto Highway 290 (at the Chevron Station). Go about another 20 miles into Paradise Valley. At the stop sign in town (just passed the Paradise Valley Saloon), turn right onto Chimney Dam Rd and reset your odometer. Continue through ?S? curve and then road will turn into gravel at 2.8 miles. Continue on and turn left at 4.7 miles onto Little Owyhee Road. If you go past the Chimney Reservoir sign, you have gone too far. On Little Owyhee, you will go up onto a bench, past a large rusty water tank, and continue eastbound. At 6.8 miles, you will notice two steel posts marking the driveway into the property with an Outdoor Properties of Nevada sign hanging on a chain.
