WOODED RECREATIONAL BUILDING LOT NEAR KENDRICK

Submerged within the beautiful wilderness of Latah County one will find Kauder Creek Subdivision; an undeveloped subdivision with multiple off grid wooded lots. The lots are suitable for building a cabin or vacation home. However, they could also just be used as a weekend camping or recreational retreat. Regardless of how you use the land, the location is a great place to escape for enjoying nature and wildlife! This approximately 10 acre parcel offers plenty of privacy with its considerable tree coverage and the road accessing it was recently improved. There are no CC&Rs (covenants, conditions and restrictions), so make it your own!

If fishing is your passion, the Dworshak Reservoir and Freeman Creek boat launch are less than 17 miles away. The Dworshak Reservoir is known for being a hotspot for kokanee salmon, rainbow trout and smallmouth bass fishing. Besides fishing, the Dworshak is also a recreational destination for boating, waterskiing, swimming, camping and hiking.

Owner financing available for qualified buyers.

Approximately 16 miles west of Kauder Creek Subdivision is the small community of Kendrick, Idaho. Kendrick was established in the late 1800s as a depot stop on the Northern Pacific Railroad line. Where trains once traveled, now visitors and area residents can enjoy a nature walk or bike ride. The railroad line was converted to the Ed Corkill Memorial River Trail which skirts the Potlatch River for over 5 miles. This quaint town is within a 35 minute drive from both Lewiston, Idaho and Moscow, Idaho. So it is close to shopping and entertainment but still offers the solitude of the country life. Local area events include the annual Locust Blossom Festival every May and the Blackberry Festival held every September which features an antique car and tractor show.
