20 acres in San Patricio County, Texas

Sunray & Fm 2725, Ingleside, Texas 78382 - San Patricio County
$175,000 20 Acres
Property ID 1956638

Description

This includes an entrance on Pace St that is wide and has been used for perhaps 30 years and that is the best way to see it. I do't dare to try to draw it on this map as I am making a mess. The entrance is near the two dots that are close together.

This 20 acres is mainly grass and some large trees. Once you walk into it from Pace Street it seems you're miles from civilization yet only 5 min from Aransas Pass 3-4 min from Ingleside and about 12 minutes from Corpus Christi - maybe 15 from Rockport.

Check comparable prices as I tried to set it to be a bargain. this was already sold but teh City of Ingleside nixed the welding manufacturing plant the buyers wanted to build. It is in Ingleside City Limits.

My children used to hike around it in and relocate possums etc but they have outgrown it. I will finance with 20% down at 8.9% (I'm not a bank) for 6 years.

Directions

The main roads in Ingleside all go near. from 361 to to Sunray ( light) and then drive down Pace and you'll see a secluded somewhat overgrown gate. That's the best way to see it . From Sunray there's lots of brush which naturally keeps people out. Ingleside has few criminals however ( sad because I'm a defense attorney LOL).
