Diesel motors: eight diesel motors are in use. Three new electric motors were installed then subsequently replaced with diesel after Sumter Electric EMC added new unexpected fees along with service interruptions. The new motors are in a barn on the property. Wiring is in place to run 5 pivots and their associated wells. Sumter EMC has since made their rates more economical.

Homes: there are three modern homes on the land occupied by the owners family, along with one older house. The new homes are valued at $200,000 each. They prefer to sell the homes with the land. The asking price would include the homes. Home values: $650,000

Yields: year before last the farm produced a peanut crop of 5,985 pounds per acre. That would rank the production in line with the best production in the SW Georgia.
