Bob Evans buys 40 acres for HQ 15 extra for growth

Bob Evans Farms has completed its purchase of farmland in New Albany where it plans to establish its new corporate headquarters, the company said yesterday. December 16, 2011 At 40 acres, the parcel is 15 acres larger than the Columbus-based company originally sought. After choosing the New Albany location, Bob Evans officials re-analyzed the company’s long-term growth potential and possible expansion needs, spokeswoman Margaret Standing said.
