Huntsville Housing Authority negotiating sale of 5.62 acres of prime medical district land

The Huntsville Housing Authority may have found a buyer for a large chunk of the former Councill Courts public housing site near downtown. On Monday, the authority's board of directors held an hour-long executive session to discuss the possible sale of 5.62 acres on St. Clair Avenue in the heart of the medical district.
