Pelham council votes to buy 35 acres next to City Park

The Pelham City Council voted 3-2 tonight to spend $7.8 million to purchase about 35 acres next to Pelham City Park off U.S. 31. March 28, 2011 The proposal includes buying property that includes the 25-acre Belle Vista Mobile Home Park and an adjacent 10 acres belonging to the Lee family.
