The Wharfs acreage headed for auction

The amphitheater and the marina at The Wharf will go up for sale on Monday. Orange Beach Mayor Tony Kennon says Regions Bank is foreclosing on the two properties and they will be auctioned off in Bay Minette, but business leaders hope some good can come out of this. September 09, 2010 Visitors to The Wharf can find plenty to do, but the five-year-old complex leaves much to be desired.
