800 acres in Marana bought for $6.2 million

A real estate partnership has purchased about 800 acres in Marana, on Marana Road west of Interstate 10, for $6.25 million. The sale of Sanders Grove, which was acquired in two separate transactions, represents the largest Marana land acquisition by acreage since the onset of the housing crisis. A partnership formed by Randy Bury of RB Land, the Cardon Group and Soundview Real Estate Partners purchased the land from FS Law LLC in a $4.75 million transaction and from Levine Investments LP in a $1.5 million transaction.
