City to sell 235 acre parcel at auction

The Bullhead City council voted Tuesday to authorize the sale of a 235-acre parcel of city-owned land on the east side of the Bullhead Parkway, approximately one mile north of Silver Creek Road, and just south of Laughlin Ranch. The asking price is $2.5 million. The sale of the land was approved by voters in March 2007. At the time, the appraised full market value of the property was $6.4 million.
