Phoenix adds 270 acres to Sonoran Preserve

Phoenix has completed a deal adding 270 acres to the Sonoran Preserve, which sets aside mountains, washes and connecting land in north Phoenix. The deal brings the total acreage to almost 7,000, with a goal of more than 20,000 acres. December 31, 2010
