Scottsdale eyeing parcels for preserve

Scottsdale is targeting more than 4,400 acres of state trust land valued at $86 million for its McDowell Sonoran Preserve, but coming up with the money won't be easy. July 28, 2011 The Arizona State Land Department plans to auction the land in north Scottsdale in November or December.
