400 acres added to ONeill park in South County

O'Neill Regional Park in south Orange County is expanding by more than 400 acres following the transfer of four parcels of land from Rancho Mission Viejo to the county. August 03, 2011 The county Board of Supervisors at its July 26 meeting accepted the parcels as well as an easement that includes the Arroyo Trabuco Riding and Hiking Trail. The easement also provides a location for a possible future bikeway, according to county documents.
