Arapahoe County makes its biggest ever open space purchase

Arapahoe County last month purchased 2,800 acres of open space, the largest acquisition ever under the county's open-space program. January 10, 2011 The county paid $2.69 million for the Bradbury Bijou Creek Ranch, a family cattle grazing operation near Byers since 1958.
