Broe buys 320 acres from Eastman Kodak in Windsor

Denver-based Broe Group, doing business as Windsor Renewal I, bought 320 acres of land in Windsor from the Eastman Kodak Co. , according to a Tuesday news release. January 03, 2012 The land is part of the Great Western Industrial Park. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. “This is an opportunity to redevelop and re-energize what was once a thriving campus in Windsor, by attracting new rail-served industry and creating jobs,” Clay Drake, director of business development for The Broe Group in the region, said in the release. “The Great Western Industrial Park, which now encompasses more than 1,800 acres, continues to be a powerful economic engine in Colorado.”
