The land is part of the Great Western Industrial Park. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. “This is an opportunity to redevelop and re-energize what was once a thriving campus in Windsor, by attracting new rail-served industry and creating jobs,” Clay Drake, director of business development for The Broe Group in the region, said in the release. “The Great Western Industrial Park, which now encompasses more than 1,800 acres, continues to be a powerful economic engine in Colorado.”
