Developer Martin Lind to auction 1500 acres

Water Valley developer Martin Lind has decided it’s time to let someone else do the heavy lifting when it comes to development in Northern Colorado. Lind said Friday that he is planning to auction more than 50 parcels totaling more than 1,500 acres. The auction will be March 17 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and online. Atlanta-based auctioner/developer J.P. King will conduct the auction.
