PulteGroup sells 1700 acres it had set for development

PulteGroup Inc. sold the land for developed and undeveloped homes in the Anthem Ranch and Anthem Highlands developments in Broomfield, the company said Thursday. January 02, 2012 In an all-cash transaction, the Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM) sold the land to Wheelock Street Capital LLC, a private real estate investment firm based in Greenwich, Conn. Both developments encompass a combined 1,700 acres of land for the master-planned community.
