Newington Council Votes To Buy Cedar Mountain Property

The town council voted unanimously Thursday to buy the 22-acre Marcap property on Cedar Mountain for $2.6 million and preserve it as open space. November 03, 2011 Applause broke out after the council voted for the deal that some residents had hoped for years would become a reality.
