Town Close To Buying Cedar Mountain Site For $2.6 Million

The town has reached a tentative deal with the owners of the 28-acre Marcap property on Cedar Mountain to buy it for $2.6 million. October 25, 2011 The deal appeared to have the unanimous support of the town council Tuesday, but a special meeting was scheduled for Nov. 3 so residents would have more time to learn about the details.
