18 acres eyed for biotech business in northern Palm Beach County sold to Army

A controversial piece of Lake Park land is in the Army now. August 30, 2011 On Aug. 4, an ownership group that includes commercial developer Steven McCraney and homebuilder Otto DiVosta quietly sold an 18-acre parcel on Congress Avenue to the U.S. Army. The price: $6.95 million, according to a deed recorded with the Palm Beach County clerk's office.
